Medicare
Medicare and supplementary insurance most often cover our services. However, before we can fit you with an orthotic or prosthetic device, we will need all the Medicare required documentation from your referring physician. If you need assistance acquiring this, please let us know. We can help.
Private Insurers (PPO, POS, HMO)
Prosthetic and orthotic services are covered under most health insurance policies. As with Medicare, a prescription and/or a Certificate of Medical Necessity from your physician is necessary. As a courtesy, we will file your insurance claims for you, help acquire all necessary documentation, and/or apply for prior authorization.
